This season was no exception from Marc's theatrics on the runway. Marc Jacobs set the stage with a giant glowing sun, turning everything into a sea of sepia tones. As the models walked out I could only make out shades of grey and the faint shimmering of sequins. Jacobs sent the models out for a second lap, this time with the brights turned up. The clothes came to life in various shades of burgundy, emerald and navy while the sparkling of metallics gave the garments another level of awe. Beautiful draped floor length dresses paired with full animal stoles gave the runway that old Hollywood glamour appeal while the shaggy mullets and scantily clad looks added a dash of Joan Jet and Rock and Roll.
